Red Leaf Resources’ growth strategy begins in Utah where the company holds approximately 17,000 acres of rich, surface-mineable resource. It is within these holdings that Red Leaf has delivered a successful pilot that has produced high quality oil at attractive estimated costs. Test results have been utilized to develop a plan and schedule to construct two, 30 year production projects: a 9,500 barrel-per-day commercial project, and a subsequent 30,000 barrel-per-day commercial project, both located on Red Leaf’s leased Utah properties. Red Leaf has developed a financial plan to support achievement of this objective. The requisite plans for permitting, engineering, mining and marketing are indentified in Red Leaf’s business plan.

Red Leaf’s business plan includes delivering value to shareholders through domestic and international projects and licensing. International demand for indigenously produced transportation fuels is far more acute than in the United States, and Red Leaf is poised to deliver the EcoShale™ In-Capsule Technology as the most cost-effective and environmentally acceptable technology for development of global surface-mineable resources

Red Leaf Resources’ EcoShale™ In-Capsule Technology has broad applicability to surface-mineable hydrocarbon deposits. Originally envisioned and tested as a cost effective and environmentally benign oil shale retorting technology, the process has application to other hydrocarbons such as coal, lignite, brown coal, and oil sands. Where mineable hydrocarbon resources are present, the EcoShale™ In-Capsule Technology has an available, and potentially attractive, market opportunity.

OUR VISION

Red Leaf Resources will be the global leader in the production of transportation fuel feedstocks from oil shale, based on the EcoShale™ In-Capsule Technology. This fuel will be inexpensively produced from abundant, accessible and minable oil shale around the world. We will create value and deliver liquidity to our shareholders; and we will contribute to energy independence in the regions in which we operate.

OUR MISSION

Red Leaf Resources applies fundamental science and engineering with heating at low temperatures to produce high quality oil from oil shale. Low temperature heating maintains the integrity of the parent rock, the value of the produced oil, as well as the quality of the environment, without creating contaminants or expending excessive extraction energy. We continue to set new standards for low impact on the environment, low cost and start up times, zero incident safety practices, as well as rapid and robust site reclamation.

OUR CORE VALUES

  • We maximize value for our shareholders by achieving defined milestones in goal oriented time frames in everything we do
  • We adhere to the highest standards of scientific and engineering discipline in enhancing our technology
  • We are committed to zero incident safety results
  • We recognize that people are our most valuable asset
  • We treat employees, shareholders, business partners and clients with fairness and respect
  • Integrity, honesty and professionalism are how we do business, and we are committed to communicating openly with everyone with whom we come in contact
  • We conduct all of our activities according to the highest regulatory standards
  • We are committed to the financial and social well-being of the communities in which we do business
  • We conduct our business in a way that respects our planet by delivering the best available technologies for sustainable development and minimum footprint relative to our output
